We are seeking an Experienced Taylor for divan beds to join our dedicated team. Responsibilities
- Tailor and upholster divan beds according to customer specifications, ensuring precision and quality in every piece.
- Select appropriate fabrics and materials based on client preferences and requirements.
- Maintain an organised workspace, ensuring tools and materials are readily available.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on progress.
- Assist in upselling additional products or services that complement the divan beds.
- Perform data entry tasks related to orders, inventory, and customer interactions.
- Analyse customer feedback to improve service delivery and product offerings.
Experience
- Proven experience in tailoring or upholstery, particularly with divan beds or similar furniture.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable, especially proficiency in Spanish and English.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills to engage with clients professionally.
- Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Experience in data entry and analysis is an advantage, contributing to efficient order processing.
