Taylormade Landscape Contractors Ltd are looking to recruit experienced Soft Landscapers. Established for over 30 years, Taylormade Landscape Contractors Ltd is a family-run business covering all aspects of Commercial Fencing, Landscaping, Grounds maintenance and Grass cutting across the Midlands, working with both commercial clients and local authorities.
Due to continued expansion, we are seeking experienced, reliable, hardworking individuals to join our business who have previous experience in Soft Landscaping. The successful candidates must be able to always display a professional, friendly, manner, can do attitude and be a team player.
Key Responsibilities:
- Turfing/planting/general maintenance/mulching/tree planting
- Working from plan, architect’s drawings
- Transporting of materials to site, accepting deliveries and dealing with queries on site
- Working with contracts managers, site managers, dealing directly with clients and customers
- Working to deadlines and managing time effectively
- Liaising with the TML CM’s and work scheduling staff for any additional site information or materials
- Checking equipment/products daily
- Keeping your vehicle checked and all tools clean and well maintained in accordance with our vehicle policy
- Wearing PPE at all times whilst working on site and in the yard
Knowledge & Skills:
- Experience soft landscaper
- Sound knowledge of plants and planting
- Horticultural qualification preferred, but not essential
- Training on all relevant equipment /environmental issues
- CSCS Card required
