Skilled Retail Butcher & Production Operatives
IMMEDIATE START
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Qualified Retail Butcher with experience in production to join our amazing team. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced retail environment, where quality, consistency, and customer satisfaction are at the heart of everything we do.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out precise cutting, packing, and labelling to company standards.
- Maintain excellent product presentation and merchandising.
- Ensure regular stock rotation to guarantee freshness and minimise waste.
- Work closely with the team to ensure clear communication between shops.
- Adjust orders proactively based on sales trends, events, and trading conditions.
- Fulfil production orders daily.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in retail butchery and or production.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
- Good understanding of stock management and waste reduction.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- A proactive and team-focused approach.
