We are seeking a reliable and skilled Multi-trade operative to join our team on a CIS basis. This is a great opportunity for a hardworking individual with a broad range of trade skills and their own vehicle. The ideal candidate will possess a wide range of skills and experience in various trades including, plastering, carpentry, basic electrical work, etc. The role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and to a high standard.
Responsibilities
- Carry out a range of repairs, maintenance and installation tasks.
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently, safely and to a high standard.
- Maintain a clean and profession working environment.
- Utilise power tools and hand tools effectively for various tasks.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in multiple trades such as carpentry, plumbing, tiling, painting, decorating, plastering, basic electrics and general maintenance.
- Must have own tools and a reliable vehicle.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues on-site.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Must have UTR number (CIS registered)
- Must have own vehicle to be able to travel to job addresses.
