We are seeking an Experienced Landscaper to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in landscaping and horticulture, demonstrating a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces. This role requires effective communication skills, to liaise with clients and understand their landscaping needs.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain landscaping projects, ensuring high standards of quality and aesthetics.
- Operate various landscaping equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Analyse soil conditions and recommend suitable plants and materials for optimal growth.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide expert advice on landscaping options.
- Upsell additional services or products to enhance client satisfaction and project scope.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including data entry for project tracking.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while adhering to safety protocols.
Experience
- Proven experience in landscaping or a related field is essential.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable, particularly in Spanish, to facilitate communication with a diverse clientele.
- Strong analytical skills to assess site conditions and make informed recommendations.
- Excellent phone etiquette for client interactions and scheduling appointments.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
