Experienced Kitchen Designer
Location: Oadby House Showroom, Leicester

Sherwin Hall Kitchens is looking for a full-time, experienced Kitchen Designer to join our team at our Oadby House showroom. This is a customer-facing role that combines showroom-based design consultations with site visits and surveys.
We’re known for delivering high-quality, design-led kitchens for both homeowners and developers. The right candidate will have a keen eye for design, excellent communication skills, and confidence working directly with clients to bring their ideas to life, in a fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming clients into the showroom and guiding them through the design process
- Taking briefs and creating bespoke kitchen designs to meet client requirements
- Conducting site visits and surveys
- Working closely with clients from initial concept to final plans
- Preparing accurate quotes and drawings using design software
- Coordinating with internal teams to support smooth project delivery
- Maintaining showroom presentation and helping manage customer appointments
Requirements:
- Previous kitchen design experience is essential
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience in a client-facing sales or interiors role is beneficial
- Confident using kitchen design software (training can be provided)
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle required
- Flexibility to work some Saturdays
