We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a experienced Groundworker.
Role Overview:
As a Groundworker, you will be responsible for carrying out a variety of groundworks tasks, including site preparation, drainage, concreting and external works. Delivering to a high standard both technically and aesthetically.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of manual tasks such as digging, trenching, and backfilling.
- Assist with the installation of drainage systems, foundations, and other groundwork activities.
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and procedures.
- Work effectively as part of a team to complete projects on time and to a high standard.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a ground worker of at least 5 years.
- Valid CSCS card.
- Ideally, up-to-date machine tickets for Roller and Dumper.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow with the company.
