Job Summary
We are looking for a full time experienced gardener to join our small passionate team. We are a Marlow based company in Marlow and look after over 80 private gardens here and in the surrounding areas, taking great care and pride in the service we provide to our clients.
Responsibilities Overview
Your responsibilities will include all areas of garden maintenance such as: lawn mowing and maintenance, weeding, seasonal pruning of shrubs, plants and hedges, strimming & hedge trimming, planting and leaf clearance. Our gardens are looked after all year round so you must love being outside in all weathers. We also carry out various garden projects, tidies, plantings and soft landscaping tasks which will give you a wealth of knowledge and variation in the role.
Requirements
At least 3 years professional gardening experience with a passion for gardening.
You will need to have relevant gardening experience including some knowledge of plants and pruning techniques.
Punctuality, care for detail and reliability are extremely important.
You will need a full clean driving licence, be a great team player, hard working with a can do attitude.
Preferred skills
Horticultural qualification(s) or similar
Knowledge of plants and pruning techniques
Familiarity with use of gardening machinery such as trimmers, mowers, blowers and strimmers.

Holidays: You will receive 29 days holiday a year including bank holidays.

Pay: £27,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
