What We’re Looking For:
- Proven Field Sales Experience: Minimum 6 months in D2D, utilities, home improvements, broadband, or similar sectors.
- High Achiever: Track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
- Confidence and Professionalism: Able to build trust quickly and handle customer queries on the doorstep.
- Self-Starter: Driven to succeed independently while contributing to a growing team.
- Access to a Reliable Vehicle: Essential for travel within your area.
Your Role:
- Knock Sheet Provided: Target homes identified for higher success rates.
- Engage Homeowners: Promote FREE ECO4 grants covering boilers, insulation, solar panels, and more.
- Qualify & Submit Leads: Complete necessary paperwork to ensure smooth processing.
- Maximise Earnings: Convert leads into installs and unlock bonuses for volume success.
Pay & Benefits:
- OTE £50,000 - £100,000+ annually (performance-based, no cap).
