Job Description:
We’re seeking experienced and dependable Events Crew Members — ideally those who drive and are based in Northwest London. You’ll assist with event setup and breakdown, and, if you drive, you'll help transport team members and equipment safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and transport crew members and equipment to event sites (for driving roles).
- Set up and break down event/exhibition equipment.
- Load/unload vans, assemble structures, and organise materials.
- Follow event schedules and maintain punctuality at all times.
- Maintain clear communication with supervisors and the team.
- Ensure safety and quality standards are met on every job.
Requirements:
- Based in or can commute to Northwest London (preferably).
- Previous events or exhibition crew experience (essential).
- Own a reliable vehicle for transporting crew (for driver roles).
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (essential.
- Able to lift and carry equipment when needed.
- Safety boots/shoes required.
- Professional, punctual, and a team player.

Starting Rate:
- £13.50 /hour for General Crew
- £15/hour (Crew Transportation)
- £17/hour (Van Driver)

Dress code: All black. Safety footwear is mandatory.
