Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive deep cleaning for each client to the highest standard possible.
- Clean and sanitize all areas of the property, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces, and appliances (ovens, fridges, etc.), leaving them in "new home" condition.
- Address specific client instructions to guarantee complete customer satisfaction.
- Capture before-and-after photos of your work to verify quality and build trust with customers.
- Maintain a professional, customer-focused approach to uphold the reputation of The Cleaning Post.
Requirements (Non-Negotiable):
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in professional deep cleaning, end-of-tenancy cleaning or related roles (references required).
- Demonstrated ability to deliver impeccable cleaning results quickly and efficiently.
- Fully equipped with your own professional-grade cleaning tools and products (including carpet cleaning, oven cleaning, and glass cleaning supplies).
- Reliable transportation to travel across Liverpool for bookings.
- Exceptional time management skills to meet deadlines and client expectations.
- Strong communication skills to understand and implement client-specific requirements.
- Ability to work independently and proactively address challenges.
