Bathroom Fitter

Schedule: Monday to Friday
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 (depending on experience) including Bonus scheme.
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Bathroom Fitter to join our growing team, specialising in both standard bathroom fitting and level access showers for domestic clients throughout Sussex. This role involves the full strip-out and installation of bathrooms tailored for accessibility, including plumbing, sanitaryware fitting, wall and floor finishes, and carpentry elements.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out full bathroom installations, including level access showers, wet rooms, and mobility adaptations.
- Undertake all associated plumbing, sanitaryware fitting, carpentry, wall panels, flooring, and tiling tasks.
- Read and interpret drawings and specifications accurately.
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently, cleanly, and to a high standard.
- Communicate effectively and respectfully with clients and colleagues.
- Maintain a safe, tidy work environment and adhere to health and safety procedures at all times.
About You
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Bathroom Fitter with a passion for quality workmanship and making a difference in people’s lives through adaptation projects. You’ll need:
- Proven experience in bathroom fitting, ideally within the adaptations sector.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing (1st and 2nd fix), shower tray/former installations, and sanitaryware fitting.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- A sensitive, respectful approach when working in occupied households.
- The ability to work independently or as part of a multi-trade team.
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence.
- Own vehicle desirable – company vehicle available for the right candidate.
- Relevant qualifications in plumbing or multi-trade disciplines are a plus.
