We’re looking for a skilled and passionate Barber to join our team at Masculo Barbers – the only barbershop in Marden We have a gym on site and a recovery centre with ice bath and steam rooms which brings plenty on new clients in with a growing local client base and direct train access to/from London, this is a great opportunity to build your own clientele in a vibrant, friendly setting
What We Offer:
- 60/40 split in your favour
- Or £130/day rate (your choice)
- Bookings via Booksy + walk-ins (subject to availability)
What You'll Do:
- Deliver top-quality cuts, shaves & beard trims
- Provide excellent customer service
- Maintain a clean, professional workspace
- Stay up to date with the latest grooming trends
Requirements:
- Proven barbering experience
- Confident with modern and classic styles
- Strong communication & customer service skills
- Fluent in English
