Pyro is seeking experienced cocktail bar staff to join their team. The successful candidate will be friendly, personable and passionate about all things food and drink. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced bar professional looking for a new role in an amazing up and coming bar restaurant.
The Restaurant
Founded by Yiannis Mexis, Pyro meaning setting things ablaze, is what we want to achieve in the industry and food scene. Coming from a very Michelin heavy background the senior team wants to deliver casual fun dining in a very high standard. Pyro focuses on over the fire cooking, celebrating seasonal ingredients with a nod to Yiannis’ Greek heritage.
The Position
We're looking for experienced, passionate and motivated individuals to join our bar team, providing exceptional customer service standards and delivering an all-encapsulating experience to our guests. You'll have experience working in a high volume elevated bar / restaurant environment, adhering to standard operating and Health and Safety procedures. More importantly we are looking for people as passionate about cocktails, food and hospitality as we are!
If you have the following, then we want to hear from you:
- Prior experience at your role within a fast-paced quality, cocktail bar , with a minimum of 2 years experience
- A can do positive attitude
- Amazing people skills
- An inherent passion for drinks, cocktails, food and hospitality, along with the eagerness to continually develop and learn

Schedule
- Part Time - 3 days a Week
- Full time - 5 days a week
