Role Summary:
Are you ready to take your executive search career to the next level? We’re looking for a forward-thinking, commercially driven Executive Search Partner to lead on some of the most high-profile and visible talent campaigns in the market today.
As an Executive Search Partner, you’ll play a dual-facing role — embedded within Chapter 2’s expert search team, while operating as a trusted, strategic partner to one of our key clients. You’ll be fully integrated into their hiring ecosystem, working closely with internal stakeholders as an extension of their brand, culture, and values. This means you get the best of both worlds: the depth, community, and development opportunities of being part of Chapter 2, plus the influence and ownership of delivering directly into a high-profile client environment.
The Role
As an Executive Search Partner, you'll be at the forefront of innovative and high-impact recruitment. This is not your standard search role — you'll be:
- Leading high-profile executive search campaigns across a range of geographies
- Partnering closely with Creative Agencies and contributing to campaigns that hit screens and headlines
- Helping build out the tech and digital capability for major brands and next-gen companies
- Build and manage robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs across multiple specialisms
- Navigating and influencing senior stakeholders, including C-suite and board-level executives
- Sourcing exceptional, niche talent in hard-to-reach markets, using creative and modern search methods
- Lead market intelligence and competitor research, providing clients with data-driven insights and benchmarking
- Stay close to innovation — helping shape how we build out technology capabilities, leverage new tools, and adapt to market shifts
What We’re Looking For
We want to work with someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-visibility environments, and who is passionate about shaping the future of business through talent.
You should bring:
- 5 years + proven experience in executive search or senior-level recruitment
- Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing skills
- A flair for identifying talent in specialist or hard-to-fill areas
- Strategic thinking, curiosity, and a strong delivery mindset
- Experience in or exposure to media, tech, or digital sectors is a big plus
