We seek an Executive Education and Administrative Assistant to coordinate our flagship Executive Education online course, support our director, and provide essential administrative services to the team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge research and policy engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Course Coordination: Prepare and deliver the Executive Education course, manage logistics, and ensure seamless online delivery through Teams.
- Communications: Handle marketing, respond to enquiries, and update websites and social media.
- Financial Administration: Manage course budgets, process payments, and oversee participant fees.
- Administrative Support: Manage the director’s diary, triage enquiries, draft responses, and maintain effective records.
- Team Assistance: Organize events, meetings, and provide general support to ensure smooth operations.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Proven diary management and organizational skills.
- Expertise in course/event administration.
- High numeracy standards for financial oversight.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Strong digital literacy and experience with online/hybrid event platforms.
- Interpersonal finesse, including diplomacy and confidence-building with senior colleagues.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
