Overview
We are seeking talented, dedicated and enthusiastic Event Staff to join our team for a variety of events held at Dean Banks at the Pompadour over the next couple of months. As an integral part of our team, you will play a key role in ensuring that guests have an exceptional experience. This position requires a passion for delivering outstanding service and the ability to manage guest services effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Welcome and assist guests upon arrival, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere.
- Manage guest inquiries and provide information about event schedules, facilities, and services.
- Ensure that all event areas are clean, organised, and well-presented throughout the duration of the event.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during events, including setup and breakdown activities.
- Assist in the coordination of activities and services to enhance guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests and team members.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.

Pay: £7.55-£12.21 per hour
