Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate First Aider to join our match day events team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing immediate medical assistance and support in various situations, ensuring the safety and well-being of guests and staff. This role requires a strong commitment to guest services and the ability to manage emergency situations effectively within a stadium environment.
Duties
- Provide first aid treatment to guests and staff in case of injuries or medical emergencies.
- Assess the condition of individuals requiring assistance and determine the appropriate course of action.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents and treatments administered.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a safe environment for all guests.
- Manage emergency situations calmly and efficiently, including coordinating with medical professionals when necessary.
- Conduct regular checks on first aid supplies and equipment, ensuring they are fully stocked and in good condition.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on first aid protocols and hospitality best practices.
Requirements
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is essential.
- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals.
- Ability to manage stressful situations calmly and professionally.
- A proactive approach to health and safety within a hospitality setting.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
