Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a vital part of our establishment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while preparing and serving a variety of beverages. Your role will involve creating a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation at the bar.
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes.
- Maintain a clean and organised bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
- Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders and providing recommendations when needed.
- Monitor customer behaviour to ensure responsible service of alcohol.
- Assist with inventory management, including ordering supplies and restocking as necessary.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and health standards at all times.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
Skills
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during peak hours.
- Previous bartending experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
- Knowledge of food safety practices to maintain a safe working environment.
- Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Excellent hospitality skills, with a focus on providing outstanding customer service.
- A willingness to help colleagues and contribute positively to the team dynamic.

Pay: £12.21 per hour
