Customer Service Assistant
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated person to join our excellent team in a fast-paced, growing leisure & hospitality environment.
At Windmill Leisure, Golf is our core business with a Golf Driving Range, retail shop & associated professional services together with a range of other activities.
Alongside this, we have a rapidly growing Sports Bar / event business which includes Bar, food provision & Sky Sports/TNT/Amazon televised sporting events with event room hire.
Our goal is to provide 1st class products and services, and a great customer experience & have great fun doing it!
What does the role consist of:
- Full-time 40 hour week but Part-Time considered
- Provide customer facing/telephone/online communications, deal with enquiries, bookings, orders, repairs, retail sales & resolving issues using great interpersonal skills.
- Working from our main counter with Bar, Cafe with basic food handling & Golf Retail
- Supporting the Driving Range operation ensuring golf balls & all machinery are working as required & liaising with trained staff
- Support & chat to customers on the Golf Shop floor assisting where possible. (sell products and services to customers based on their needs and preferences)
- Engage in retail operations such as merchandising, stock control and sales, developing product knowledge.
- Facility house keeping, cleanliness and organisation.
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette when interacting with customers
- Supporting with occasional late shift party nights on Fridays and Saturdays (1 am close & extra pay provided)
- Mainly indoors but some business tasks will require work outdoors
* Experience and knowledge of Golf is not essential & full training & support on all departments will be provided

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £10.00-£12.21 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 12 per week
