Job Summary:
We are looking for dependable and hard-working Evening Laborers to assist with property maintenance, repairs, cleaning, and other manual tasks during the overnight hours. This position is ideal for individuals who are reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently or as part of a small night crew.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform cleaning, trash removal, and basic upkeep of common areas and grounds
- Assist with furniture moving, event setup/teardown, or renovation support as needed
- Handle light repairs, painting, and general maintenance tasks
- Respond to property issues or emergencies that arise during the shift
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety guidelines and report hazards promptly
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in general labor, maintenance, or custodial work preferred
- Ability to lift up to [weight, e.g., 50 lbs] and work on your feet for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Willingness to work evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- Must be punctual, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision
