Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring that all areas are hygienic and presentable. This role requires attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent service.
Duties
- Perform cleaning tasks in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
- Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness.
- Empty bins and dispose of waste in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Clean windows, surfaces, and fixtures to ensure a tidy appearance.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Interact with clients in a professional manner, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and request replenishment as needed.
Skills
- Proficient in English to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Strong customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for all clients.
- Excellent communication skills for reporting issues and collaborating with colleagues.
