Required Skills & Qualifications:
· 5 -9 years of experience in a desktop or end-user support role.
· Strong knowledge of Windows OS (10/11), Microsoft Office 365, and common enterprise applications.
· Familiarity with Active Directory, network troubleshooting, and remote support tools.
· Basic understanding of ITIL practices and incident/request management.
· Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and manage tasks proactively.
· Experience with hardware troubleshooting and peripheral setup (printers, scanners, docking stations).
· Professional certifications like CompTIA A+, MCSA, or ITIL Foundation are a plus.
