We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a passion for the job and the desire to promote our firm to the highest level possible. The successful candidate for this position will work in a small team to meet the needs of their clients. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about helping people, driven by success, a self-starter and an excellent communicator. Own vehicle is essential. Part time position required, Wednesday to Friday with some holiday cover.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the promotion of rental properties.
- Present and market vacant retail space to potential clients.
- Sell commercial, industrial or residential property at a specified price.
- Carry out viewings / inventories.
- Arrange for the inspection of property.
- Help clients to buy and sell properties.
- General office duties
- Manage a portfolio of rental
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.21-£13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 per week
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kingston upon Hull: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Negotiator: 2 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (required)
