Role Overview
As an Entry-Level Event Associate, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of live marketing events. This is a hands-on role where you will be the face of the brand, interacting with customers, setting up promotional stands, and helping deliver an outstanding event experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent client brands at promotional events and marketing campaigns
- Assist with event set-up, breakdown, and on-site logistics
- Greet and engage with customers to create a positive and memorable experience
- Provide information about products and services
- Support the events team with coordination and preparation
- Help capture customer feedback and report key insights
- Maintain a professional, friendly, and energetic presence at all times
