As an Enrolment Officer, you will play a vital role in delivering an outstanding first impression for learners and employers, ensuring a smooth and engaging start to their apprenticeship journey. By coordinating, managing, and conducting apprenticeship enrolments in line with business requirements, you will set the foundation for success and compliance, supporting a positive experience for all stakeholders.


What will you be doing?

  • Deliver apprenticeship enrolments in line with business targets and service level agreements to ensure learners and employers receive a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Manage your diary effectively to arrange and complete enrolment appointments, ensuring timely delivery against key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensure accurate and compliant completion of enrolment records with learners and their line managers to meet funding and partnership requirements.
  • Introduce learners and stakeholders to key aspects of the apprenticeship programme, including off-the-job training and functional skills, to set clear expectations for success.
  • Build and nurture trusted relationships with prospective learners, employers, and internal stakeholders to promote collaboration and engagement.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and administration to support audit readiness and continuous service improvement.

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience building and maintaining relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, fostering collaboration.
  • Commitment to role-modelling the organisation’s values, promoting inclusivity, and supporting diverse needs.

It would be great if you had

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of apprenticeship
