The Salvation Army Employment Plus are recruiting for an Employability Practitioner in Lancashire. This position will involve providing tailored employability support to a variety of customers across several locations.

Employment Plus exists to help local residents overcome barriers to employment and achieve their chosen goals.

This is an excellent opportunity to work for one of the leading faith based organisations in the world, join an extremely successful and dedicated team, and provide transformational support to a large number of residents across Lancashire.

Applicants should have experience of providing support to a caseload of customers, experience of liaising with employers, ability to work with local referral partners to generate a caseload which require support.

The successful applicant will be required to complete the IEP Level 3 Certificate in Employability Practice.
