Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting the right electric bike based on their needs and preferences.
- Provide detailed product information and advice to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare bicycles for sale, servicing, diagnostics and repair.
- Opportunity to grow expertise over time with our continuous learning policy.
- Taking an active role in our social presence and our community led initiatives.
- Process orders and manage the sales system efficiently.
- Ensure the store is clean, organised, and presentable at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Stay updated with the latest products and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a retail sales role, preferably in the bicycle or related industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of bicycles and electric bikes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic IT skills for processing orders and managing stock.
- Passion for cycling and sustainability is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £24,500.00-£28,000.00 per year
