Are you a caring and enthusiastic early years professional looking for a flexible role? My Little Boardroom, a small, privately owned nursery opening in Wokingham in October 2025, is seeking a passionate Part-Time Early Years Educator to join our team.

We’re creating a nurturing, creative, and high-quality environment where children can flourish — and we’d love for you to play a key role in shaping their learning journey.

Duties

• Provide high-quality care and education for children in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Support children’s learning through play, planned activities, and positive interactions.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment.
• Build strong, professional relationships with parents and carers, supporting communication about their child’s progress.
• Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children at all times.
• Contribute to maintaining accurate records of children’s learning and development.

Skills

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (or working towards).
• A genuine passion for working with young children.
• Knowledge of EYFS framework and safeguarding responsibilities.
• Good communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude.
• Ability to adapt and be flexible within a dynamic nursery environment.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £12.50-£15.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
