About us
Harajuku Kitchen is a Multi-award winning Japanese Bistro is now looking for a new recruit to join our vibrant team at our Street Food and outside catering team.
27th July to 31th August (Edinburgh Festival Fringe and permanent position available at our shop at Edinburgh Street Food as well).
This job is a good fit for experienced street food staff and students looking to make extra money over the summer season before returning to their studies, or for individuals looking for a new career path with permanent positions available with opportunities for supervisor and managerial roles over the summer.
The job role will include:
- Taking customer orders using the till
- Making up customer orders
- Preparing fresh ingredients and cooking at the stall
- General cleaning and keeping the unit organised at all times
- Replenishing stock throughout the day
- Working as a team, multi-tasking, and using initiative
- Attending many busy and vibrant events throughout the summer.
