What’s involved?
As an Ecommerce Assistant for this established independent clothing retailer, you will support the daily operations of our online sales. This includes product uploads, order fulfilment, customer service and data reporting. You'll work closely with our ecommerce partners, in-store staff and the management team to ensure a seamless online shopping experience. A creative eye and a love of clothes is essential!
Key Responsibilities:
- Upload and manage product listings, images, and descriptions
- Assist with fulfilment – picking, packing and posting
- Respond to customer enquiries via email or phone
- Respond to customer feedback via third party website
- Assist in delivering promotional campaigns, sales, social media and email activity
- Analyse product and sales performance and prepare regular reports
- Ensure the website is visually up to date and running smoothly
- Support basic website maintenance and content updates
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in ecommerce or a similar administrative role
- Excellent Customer Service
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing is a plus
- A love of all things clothing and fashion
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- The role is full-time, Monday-Friday based in Aldeburgh.

Remuneration & Benefits:
- Full Time role of 5 days / 36.25 hours per week (Monday-Friday)
- Salary range £23.3k - £25.5k pa
- Time and a half paid for Sundays & Public Hols
- Pension – workplace pension with employer contribution rate of 4%
- 28 days holiday including Public Holidays
- Staff discount at 33%
- Clothing allowance of up to £800 pa
