Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate Early Years Practitioner to join our team.
Level 2 or 3 with some SEN experience.
Term Time Only.
08:30-15:30, 14-18 hours
The ideal candidate will have some experience working with young children in a preschool setting and possess strong communication and leadership skills.
Duties:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate the children's learning and development
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for the children
- Monitor and record children's progress and behavior
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development
Experience:
- Previous experience in early childhood education or childcare
- Leadership qualities to guide and support children in their learning journey
