What You'll Be Doing:
- Delivering high-quality care and supporting children’s individual needs
- Building strong, positive relationships with children, families, and your team
- Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities
- Creating a safe, welcoming, and nurturing environment
What We're Looking For:
- Experience working with young children
- A Level 2 qualification (or above) in Early Years
- Great communication and teamwork skills
- A caring, positive attitude and a passion for early childhood education
