We are excited to announce an opportunity for a passionate Early Years Practitioner to join our long standing supportive team.
Our supportive setting is now looking for a fun, enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly team! We offer great benefits and progression opportunities to all staff members.
FANTASTIC Salary: A very competitive salary of £12.50-£14.00 per hour
- Up to £27,664pa - depending on hours, qualifications, and experience

- 4 or 5 Days / 38 Hours a week
- Shifts range between 8am-6pm
- All Year / Permanent

Early Years Practitioner Responsibilities
- Promote positive relationships with parents, children, and colleagues
- Innovate with activities, and constantly challenge your children's learning and development
- Work effectively and cooperatively alongside our team and ensure the health, safety, and well-being of the children at all times.
- Support the team in building relationships with the children and their families according to the EYFS.
About You
The ideal Early Years Practitioner candidate will:
- Hold a minimum Level 2 qualification in Early Years (full and relevant)
- Have previous experience as a nursery practitioner or similar role
- Sound understanding of the EYFS as well as the understanding of child development and of children’s needs.
- Always willing to pop on your coat and accessories to get outdoors and have fun while the children learn.
- Confident in completing observations and carrying out planning for your key children
- Work as part of a team – contributing to the success of the nursery
- Position dependent on clear DBS check along with 2 satisfactory references.
- Be eligible to work in the UK
