We’re looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to support children aged 3 months to 5 years. If you’re passionate about helping little ones learn through play, explore the world, and feel safe and supported—this is the role for you!

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll help shape children’s early development in a warm, nurturing setting focused on creativity, curiosity, and care.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Planning fun, age-appropriate activities
- Observing and tracking children’s development
- Creating strong, positive relationships with families
- Ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
- Working as part of a passionate and friendly team
You’ll Need:
- Level 2 or higher Early Years qualification (DfE-approved)
- Experience working with babies and/or young children (e.g. Nursery Nurse, Assistant)
- Strong knowledge of EYFS, Safeguarding & Child Protection
- A proactive, kind-hearted attitude and love for early years education
