We’re looking for a caring, creative Early Years Practitioner to join our year-round Nursery at St. Francis’ College, part of the Inspire Learning Group. You’ll be supporting children in the critical early stages of their development within a nurturing, stimulating, and inclusive environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Planning and delivering engaging, play-based learning experiences
- Supporting children aged 3 months – 5 years in a safe, secure environment
- Encouraging development in literacy, numeracy, and social skills
- Creating imaginative, inclusive activities
- Working closely with parents to support each child’s growth
- Collaborating with colleagues across our well-resourced nursery and wider school
- Monitoring progress and contributing to individual learning journeys
You’ll Need:
- Level 2 or 3 in Early Years (DfE-approved)
- Passion for children’s development and learning
- Understanding of safeguarding and child protection
- Ability to create a nurturing, engaging environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
