**Overview:** We are seeking a passionate Early Years Educator to join our team at a nursery setting. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young children and possess strong communication and leadership skills. **Responsibilities:** - Plan and implement activities to meet the physical, emotional, intellectual, and social needs of the children - Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children to learn and develop - Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues - Manage the day-to-day running of the nursery room - Drive continuous improvement in educational programs and practices - Provide leadership and support to other staff members **Qualifications:** - Relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent - Excellent communication skills in English - Proven ability to manage and lead a team - Previous experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting
