Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities for children in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Provide individualised care and support to meet the unique needs of each child
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Observe and assess children's development, documenting progress and identifying areas for improvement
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to support children's learning and development at home
- Maintain a clean and organised classroom environment
- Follow all health and safety guidelines, policies and procedures
Experience:
- To be willing to enhance knowledge of the EYFS framework and its principles
- Ability to create engaging and stimulating learning experiences for children
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
