We’re Hiring: Early Years Activity Coach – Spalding (Wednesday Mornings)
Pay: from £12.21 to £14.00 per hour
When: Wednesdays, 10:00 AM (term-time only)

Contract: Ongoing – September start with summer opportunities available
EcoCoach CIC is looking for a friendly and energetic individual to deliver weekly movement-based play sessions for children aged 2–4. We’re seeking either a qualified Level 2 sports coach or an experienced play worker to lead engaging, age-appropriate sessions that focus on fun, confidence building, and physical development.
This is a September start, but we’re aiming to secure the right person now and ideally involve them in our summer holiday camps. This gives time for training, induction, and integration into our team before term begins.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Warm, enthusiastic, and confident working with young children
- Experienced in delivering structured play or physical activity sessions
- Reliable, organised, and a clear communicator
- Based near Spalding or willing to travel
- Available for training and induction over the summer
What You’ll Receive:

- Ready-to-go session plans – you focus on delivery, we handle the admin
- Ongoing CPD and mentorship from experienced early years and coaching professionals

It’s a bonus if you have:
- Experience in nurseries or early years settings
- A valid DBS (or willingness to complete one)
- Availability to support our summer holiday camps
