Job Overview: LUXIA Pharma is seeking an experienced E-commerce Consultant with deep Shopify expertise to optimise and scale our online sales channels. Your main responsibility will be leveraging Shopify's full capabilities, including automation setups, marketing strategies, customer journey enhancements, and integrations to maximize online growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fully optimize Shopify store functionality for an exceptional user experience.
- Identify and implement marketing automations, including abandoned cart recovery, upselling/cross-selling sequences, personalized email marketing campaigns, and customer re-engagement strategies.
- Manage Shopify integrations with third-party tools (email marketing, CRM, inventory management, analytics platforms).
- Set up and oversee automated workflows for order management, shipping, and customer service processes.
- Analyze site analytics and sales data to improve conversion rates, customer retention, and overall profitability.
- Provide ongoing recommendations for website enhancements and marketing initiatives based on Shopify’s latest updates and industry best practices.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience managing and optimizing Shopify stores.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign).
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Shopify analytics, etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking abilities.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications or training specifically related to Shopify or relevant marketing automation tools.
- Previous experience in beauty, skincare, aesthetics, or similar industries is beneficial.
