Rugby Heaven/Moti Running is an established sports retail business based in Cwmbran. With stores across South Wales and Bristol as well as a significant and growing online presence. Due to the growth on our various online platforms we are looking for an experienced member of staff to join our websales team.
A keen interest in rugby and/or running is preferred.

- You will work as part of our Web Team to deliver sales growth on our various Internet Platforms. You will work to improve both the customer shopping experience and quality of information online in order to develop our online business.
Roles and Responsibilities.
You will be in working as a part of a team focused on driving the sales and growth of our various online platforms.
You will be required to create and update both our product and category pages to ensure that they are to company standard across all our online platforms.
You will also be analysing our online business as a whole, noticing sales trends and reporting on possible promotions that can be run on the site and running promotions for chosen product lines.
You may also be asked to contribute to other areas of the team as the role develops.
Key Requirements
A solid e-commerce understanding with a passion to always improve the customer experience.
Outstanding copy-writing skills with excellent spelling and grammar.
A meticulous attention to detail.
Commercially driven and results obsessed, always looking for ways to increase sales.
An enthusiastic and positive outlook, easy to build relationships with.
Self-motivated with strong organisational skills and an ability to work to deadlines.
A broad knowledge of digital marketing across SEO/PPC as well as email marketing & social media.
Desirable: a knowledge of Storefeeder, Miakle, Amazon, ebay, and programming.

Pay: Up to £25,500.00 per year
