  • Serve as primary liaison between Marketing, Creative, Regions, and Digital teams to address queries and keep projects on track

  • Lead the creation of digital launch dossiers for each campaign, including recommended launch dates to guide markets on timing and content standards

  • Implement post-launch checks to verify that market activations align with expectations

  • Ensure full and timely implementation of provided content

  • Upload all assets to the L’Oréal SharePoint Opera platform

  • Continuously improve processes and strengthen collaboration between Digital, Creative, and Marketing teams

Campaign Ideation

  • Collaborate with Site Experience and Business Leads to develop layouts for global performance campaigns using a standardized library of modules.

  • Partner with the Digital Content Strategist to champion digital best practices, ensuring deliverables meet customer needs and uphold Aesop’s quality standards.

Regional Upskilling

  • Provide ongoing training and support to regional teams and markets to ensure adherence to the global governance framework for campaign content.

Campaign Reporting

  • Own post-campaign reporting across digital channels, collecting and sharing learnings to optimize future campaigns.

This is a full-time position, operating with a hybrid working pattern of three days per week based at Aesop’s head office in London Bridge and two days per week remote.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent in commercial, business or marketing-related field

  • Significant experience in e-commerce activation

  • Deep understanding of the consumer journey and commercial drivers within e-commerce

  • Background in marketing and/or e-commerce

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to drive insights and optimisations

  • Excellent project management, stakeholder engagement, and organizational capabilities

  • Comprehensive knowledge of the online consumer journey across multiple touchpoints, including expertise in best-in-class content to enhance on-site activation

  • Proactive and adaptable, thriving in fast-paced environments

  • Strong commercial acumen combined with an analytical mindset to lead ongoing reporting and optimization efforts

  • Open mindset and deep curiosity seeking to understand others, listen without judgement and act on diverse perspectives

  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive and psychologically safe work environment.

What’s on offer

We take a holistic approach to employment, promoting professional development, career growth, employee wellbeing initiatives and encouraging deep connections with the local community through the Aesop Foundation, volunteering and matched giving programs. Employee benefits include –

  • Flexible, hybrid working pattern

  • Generous product discount allowance and bi-annual complimentary product allocation
