We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Salesperson to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for customer service and sales, with the ability to engage effectively with clients. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with customers, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of products and services offered.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance store performance.
- Keep the sales floor organised, clean, and visually appealing.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Driving around a team of 1-4 people
- MUST HAVE OWN VEHICLE
Skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic mathematical skills for processing transactions accurately.
- Previous experience in retail or sales is advantageous but not essential.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
