The Role:
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join our team on a permanent, zero-hour contract basis. The role involves assisting with various property maintenance tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient project completion.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, a varied workload, and being part of a skilled team. A company van is provided, but you must have a valid UK driving license.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in spray foam removal, damp proofing, insulation repairs, handyman work, and painting & decorating.
- Preparing and maintaining tools, materials, and work areas.
- Supporting skilled tradespeople in completing jobs efficiently and to a high standard.
- Ensuring health & safety regulations are followed on all job sites.
- Driving to and from job locations using the company van.
- Loading and unloading materials and waste disposal when required.
Requirements:
Valid UK driving license (Essential).
Previous experience in labouring or construction (Preferred but not essential – training provided).
Physically fit – ability to lift and move materials as part of the job.
Reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Basic knowledge of tools and maintenance work (Desirable).
