The end of June is our busiest time of year for student property cleans. On the 30th June, Students move out of their accommodation and new students move in for the new academic year.
We are looking for temporary cleaners to join our team in assisting us in our end of tenancy cleans over a two day period (30/06/24 - 01/07/24) in Hyde Park, Burley, Headingley & Woodhouse, Leeds.
We also require cleaners for approximately 1-2 months after these dates, however this will be discussed with applicants.
Applicants for this job role will need to be experienced in the cleaning industry and capable of working in a fast paced & physically demanding environment, while ensuring each property is spotless and ready for new tenants.
You must have the capability of working in a team. Each team will consist of upto 3 cleaners including a supervisor.
You will need good physical ability for this role.
Properties are expected to be cleaned within a short timeframe to ensure new tenants can move in. Teams that meet deadlines will receive a performance bonus + mileage.
Responsibilities include:
- Thoroughly cleaning each property including vacuuming, wiping, dusting etc
- Removal of items where applicable
- A full detailed cleaning list will be provided during training
MUST BE AVAILABLE ON THE 22ND JUNE 2024 AT 12PM-1:30PM FOR PAID INDUCTION (TERMS & CONDITIONS APPLY)
EXPERIENCE:
Domestic cleaning experience is required, however we will provide training prior to start date.
ACCESS TO OWN VEHICLE IS DESIRABLE BUT NOT ESSENTIAL.
