Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, including domestic spaces such as homes. The role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties in accordance with established standards and procedures.
- Ensure all areas, including floors, surfaces, and bathrooms, are kept clean and tidy.
- Handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and effectively.
- Respond promptly to customer requests and maintain a high level of customer service.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
- Assist in maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a seamless cleaning operation.
Experience
- Previous experience in cleaning or hotel environments is preferred but not essential.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients
