We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including guest rooms, lobbies, and common areas.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used efficiently and safely.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with company policies.
- Respond promptly to guest requests for additional services or assistance.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless operation.
- Follow established health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or hotel environments is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and colleagues.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to the role.
