Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, ensuring that all areas are tidy and presentable. This role is essential in providing a welcoming environment for customers and staff alike. Previous experience in janitorial services, commercial cleaning, or hotel environments is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, and communal spaces.
- Ensure all surfaces are dusted, vacuumed, and mopped as required.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including washing dishes and cleaning appliances.
- Handle waste disposal and recycling according to company policies.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or requests from clients promptly.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in janitorial or commercial cleaning roles is preferred.
- Experience in the hotel industry is an advantage but not essential.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients and colleagues.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
