The role is Monday to Friday possible some weekend 25 hours per week. 5 hour per day working hour are between 6.30am-6.30pm.
In this role, you will play an important part in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients, staff and visitors.
You will be responsible for a full range of cleaning tasks, including general ward cleaning, specialised cleans and operating machinery as needed. While based at Glanrhyd hospital, you will also support other nearby sites as required.
Experience in a similar role would be desirable, but not essential as full training would be provided. We’re looking for someone who has an understanding of the importance of hygiene and a knowledge of COSHH, is able to communicate well with patients, staff and visitors and is flexible and willingness to travel between sites.

We are looking for dedicated Domestic Assistant to join our team in Angelton Clinic, Glanrhyd Hospital for a 6 month Fixed Term post due to service needs.
The Domestic post covers all cleaning disciplines with ward based duties within the Facilities department, , Experience in these disciplines would be advantageous, although not essential as full training is given .
We expect full flexibility in the successful candidate to be able to cover Glanrhyd and the Community sites within Bridgend locality.
