Are you organised, detail-driven and great at keeping projects on track? Join Balfour Beatty as a Document Controller / Site Administrator and play a vital role in supporting our project delivery teams.


What you'll be doing


In this hybrid role, you’ll:

  • Manage and control project documentation from design through to completion.
  • Keep our site teams, designers, and subcontractors connected with the right information at the right time.
  • Support day-to-day site administration, including inductions, access systems and office supplies.
  • Ensure compliance, accuracy and efficiency across document systems.

Who we're looking for


What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in document control (construction or engineering preferred).
  • Previously worked as a document controller in a pre-construction environment
  • Strong IT skills with knowledge of document management systems.
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills.
  • A proactive, collaborative approach with a “can do” attitude.
